Healthcare Marketing & Employee Engagement Specialist
Locations: Canandaigua Office, Geneva Office, Macedon Office
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to help strengthen our brand, grow patient engagement, and support practice growth across multiple locations and service lines.
This Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives in conjunction with the senior management team to increase patient acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and enhance community awareness of our ophthalmology services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, project management, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and experienced in healthcare or medical practice marketing.
