I didn't know what was wrong and I didn't know there was fix. But after I had bumped my head on the car door frame a few times and on the lower kitchen cabinets and found myself holding my eyes open with my fingers to watch TV in the evening, I made an eye appointment. I was told my eyelids were obstructing my field of view and I was using my eyebrows and forehead muscles to hold my eyes open, even to have that smaller field of view. Thank goodness there was a solution. Dr. Rothstein performed a painless procedure on both my eyes. I can't believe what a difference. I'm 72 and I guess over that many years gravity had its way with my eyelids and now only 1 month out, I am so happy that Dr. Rothstein had the fix and did such a great job. I had recent eye surgery with Dr. Anna Rothstein...She was AMAZING! From the time I walked into the Center in Canandaigua for evaluation, EVERYONE from check in, to check out, and all the staff in between, were super polite, very nice, and so welcoming. Even the staff members NOT involved in my care, were extremely kind, and made a point to say Hello, and wish me well. As an RN, the entire staff should be very proud of themselves for their care and attention, and it would be my pleasure to make them as a recommendation. We found the initial reception people very helpful & friendly - same with the folks who checked us out. We've had two appointments in the office, and the initial technicians Austin & Amy were similarly helpful & friendly. Dr. Hindman was also very welcoming, and informative. She promptly got us scheduled for surgery, which went very well. We are very grateful to be patients of the Eye Care Center of Canandaigua, and recommend highly.

Great doctors and modern equipment to thoroughly test the eyes. Took the time to explain results and answer all questions. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

I never knew how much of Life I was missing. My peripheral vision had declined over the year's. I now can can see everything around me. As a added benefit , my eyes look again like they did when I was twenty. My life has changed for the Better. I received the very best compassionate and professional care from everyone at Canandaigua Eye Care Center.

I had eye lid surgery the Friday before Thanksgiving. I was very nervous about the procedure (you are awake for most of it) but the staff and doctor assured me it would be painless. They were right and I was able to ask questions and hold a conversation with the surgeon. The bruising looked bad the day after but was mostly gone by Thanksgiving. My follow up care was good and many people have commented on how good my eyes look. if you are considering this, don't hesitate to schedule an evaluation. Oh, I had it done through the Canandaigua office.

I was having some blurry vision and looking for any eye care office that was open on a Saturday. I was referred to the Canandaigua Eye Care Center and Dr. Hwang was able to see me on Saturday at 5:30 pm. It was also Labor Day weekend. I was amazed and grateful that a doctor would be on call on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Dr. Hwang was wonderful, very reassuring, and gave me instructions for what to do in the future if my eye is bothering me again. I felt so relieved that I didn't have to wait until Tuesday (since Monday was Labor Day) to get my eye looked at. Thank you, Dr. Hwang.

I rarely follow up on doing reviews but this has been such a wonderful experience i couldn't resist. Dr. Holly Hinman is one of the most confident, experienced, professional eye doctor I have seen in the 5 years I have been suffering with eye issues. I will recommend her to anyone seeking solution to eye related issues.

Dr. Ceravolo is so efficient and never acts rushed. She talks about your eye care of course, but more than that she is fun in her conversations with me. I always look forward to my check-ups with her. I drive from Canandaigua so I can have her care for me. Give her a raise. Thanks Doc, you're the best.

Always satisfied when going to the Eye Care Center at the Geneva branch. Everything is done with excellence; professional care, respectful, polite, and friendly. The whole atmosphere there puts one at ease and makes you feel valued. Thank you doctors and staff.

After going so long without going to the eye doctors I decided it was time so I called up this place and was greeted by this wonderful person very pleasant. I believe her name was Alexis. She helped get me exactly where I needed to go. She helped get me the information that I needed. And she set me up with a good doctor to see. So I thank you Alexis and the eye care center.

Dr. Rothstein did an eyelid lift on me to improve my vision. My peripheral vision, in particular. My eyelids were hanging below my lash line. The surgery was is April 2021. My healing has been great and my vision has been improved so very much. My peripheral vision is 100% better. I am very happy that I had Dr. Rothstein do this surgery.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Alexis was very helpful when I had to schedule an appointment on short notice. She got me in s short amount of time. Very pleased with the professionalism and will definitly be a long standing client.

While on a vacation at nearby Keuka Lake, from Pennsylvania, I suffered a sudden loss of vision in my right eye. Dr. Ceravola was willing to see me at the last minute before closing hours. It is because of her willingness to see me and her skills as a professional eye dr. She was able to help me regain most of the sight in my eye. Through her testing it was determined I had suffered a mild stroke. Without this wonderful person, her knowledge and willingness to stay late I may have lost my eyesight in my right eye. If you are seeking a true caring and knowledgeable eye dr. look no further. She will forever be my hero.

Dr. Hindman did cataract surgery on me awhile ago. I went back to make sure all is well and it was. Everything she and her staff said could happen, didn't happen, no discomfort at all. Dr. Hindman and her excellent staff are miracle workers !!!

First impression was cleanliness and organization. I judge a doctor by the people that work for him/her. The staff at The Eye Care Center in Geneva was absolutely amazing and their "bedside manners" gages through the roof. Dr. Hwang's spirit illuminated with congeniality as soon as he entered the room. All around a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to all.

Super friendly staff, they were able to quickly identify my eye issue and surgery was quick and painless. I appreciate everyone's help through the process and I highly recommend a consultation!

Dr. Piper restored my husband’s retina after it had been “repaired” by another doctor, and detached again during the early days of the pandemic. She worked her magic after it had been detached for a year!I cannot thank or sing her praises enough.
